I am a sportscaster and writer currently enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University as a Multimedia Journalism and Public Relations double major.
In my brief time in Cape Girardeau, my writing and editing skills have developed to the point where I have been appointed both sports editor and editor-in-chief of the Southeast Arrow, and I have been picked up by the Southeast Missourian as a freelance sportswriter and copy desk intern.
I have spent a year working with ESPN+ as an on-air talent, developing and delivering pre-game shows, halftime shows, post-game summaries, color commentary and play-by-play commentary for football, volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer and gymnastics.
My passion for sports bleeds through in my writing, whether it has been a sports story or otherwise. Every article I write I feel a personal obligation to deliver in the most compelling way.
As a service member in the Missouri National Guard, I have already served four years and will serve at least another four.
Although my monthly military obligations require me to be in Missouri, I am very willing to travel extensively and work long hours to meet and exceed my job requirements.
